Bulk and Skull are two iconic characters in the Power Rangers franchise, even with their own theme music. They are the comedy relief and have appeared in over 5 seasons of the show. Making my first two pack set, made sense that it had to be them. Their outfits are tailored after their first appearance with Bulk holding a dart jazz solo cup from the 90’s.s
