Updating an existing website to a more user-friendly design and adding/fixing key functions.
Ed and George approached me through a referral from another client. They wanted to update the website for their new business, Refresh NJ. Most of the site and content was already made, they just wanted a designer to come in to make it more user friendly, mobile friendly, as well as adding specific functions like appointment booking and accepting payments.
The main things that were changed we’re creating appropriate hero banners on main pages like the homepage and services page. Originally the “services” page had each service with an individual page but not that much content. Instead, it was grouped and listed to one page instead of separate pages, resulting in more clicks.
Other aspects they had were eliminated for redundancies and just got right to the point.
